Design and development of HMI and ECU for Diesel Pump Calibration Bench with closed loop control

What we did ??

  • We designed, developed ECU and built close loop algorithm to control ac drive which in turn controls the main motor on the calibration bench
  • Closed loop monitoring and control of temperature to ensure desired quantity of oil delivery within the stipulated time period
  • Ensuring the product meets all the specifications and functional requirement in presence of heavy electrical noises
  • Overcame the limitations on deployment due to language constraint by providing icon/symbol based control
  • Flexibility in software end-of-line flashing
