Production wing
EM Electronix Ltd. has a full fledged production wing manned by highly skilled production engineers who work on the latest production planning techniques and give more emphasis on, "Do it right first time and all the time".
Production wing is equipped with all the latest machines such as automatic component forming machine, automatic component insertion machine, SMT soldering machine, automatic wave soldering machine and various latest test equipments to check complicated products.
All these equipments are from reputed international brand. The assembly operations are performed by highly skilled operators trained for MIL standard workmanship in a dust free and antistatic environment.
Materials Division
This division handles the inward and outward going materials. It is equipped with the latest material information software to keep the record of all the incoming and outgoing materials. This division works jointly with the production planning Department for procuring the required materials.
Quality Control
EM Electronix Ltd., delivers a high quality product by ensuring the quality standards at every stage of manufacturing. EMEL's quality control starts from selection of components and materials of high grade. All inward components are inspected and screened as per the company standards based on international standards. EM has the most ultra modern inward inspection equipment, test and measuring equipment like high resolution multimeters, high frequency scopes, IC testers and calibration equipment.
The fabrication and assembly operations are subjected to workmanship standards such IPC 770B,IPC 610 etc. The equipment manufactured by the Company undergo burn-in tests for 160 hr. at elevated temperatures in a walk-in chamber facility available in the Company. The facilities to conduct the environmental tests like dry heat tests, temperature cycling , humidity tests etc., in automatic controlled dry heat chambers and humidity chamber are available in the Company.
Machine Shop
EM Electronix Ltd. has a full fledged in house machine shop which takes care of design and development of casings. It is equipped with latest machines like Shearing machines, Drilling machines, Hydraulic press, Bending machines, Stowing enamel and Painting booth. A separate CAD station equipped with the latest release of AUTO CAD, designs and engineers the casing and passes on the fabrication drawings to Machine shop.
While designing any casing, the Design department takes special care to make the product Ingress protected and at the same time aesthetically good looking.
