Engineering Group
On receiving the required specifications from the project group, this division Engineers the product. It segregates the hardware and software jobs to make it more modular and structured. The individual hardware and software requirements are passed on to the hardware and software divisions respectively. This group provides complete documentation and value engineering support.
Hardware Cell
This division comprises of highly experienced Engineers capable of designing any complicated hardware designs involving Analog, Digital 8 bit /16 bit microprocessor / microcontroller or DSP based design. This group works on the size of the PCB, the layout and guides the CAD department which comprises of highly skilled professionals trained to design PCB artwork to MIL 275E standards. The hardware division designs a highly reliable hardware based on the specifications given by engineering division. This design is tested on developmental tools available in the company before the application software is tested on the same.
Software Cell
This division works on the application software for real time requirement
based on the specification given by the engineering division. It follows
a very systematic and structured way of writing software by coding separate
modules and maintaining appropriate documents. Every module is tested and
reviewed to avoid bugs in the software. The modular structure followed
enables this division to write the application software much faster by
picking the appropriate modules and integrating it. This division jointly
works with the hardware division to try out the system at lab and then
finally in co-ordination with the project group, the hardware/software
problems if any at site are solved to give out a highly reliable product.
